Mr. Stambaugh became Board Certified in Real Estate Law in 1999 by passing an onerous exam given by the Florida Bar, a test only a very small percentage of attorneys take and pass.  Since then, he has continuously been re-certified to date.   Mr. Stambaugh has over thirty years of experience in real estate law, both transactions and litigation, residential and commercial.

 A sub-specialty of his practice includes workouts between high net worth families who are in dispute.  Representative clients include members of the Stroh family (the original Stroh Brewery) and Ausnit family (Ausnit Steel Factories and Ziplock bag entrepreneurs).

Six generations of Stambaughs have lived in Palm Beach County and with Mr. Stambaugh growing up in Palm Beach he inherently retains the local contacts to navigate through government approvals for developers and businesses.  He has also taken the side of advocating against unwanted development when residential property owner’s rights are threatened, such as a monetary settlement against a Krispy Kreme franchisee.
